They say that he roped himself some sea turtles and rode to land on their backs. But we both know that's not practical. I talked to him myself not long ago and asked him that same question. I'll tell you what he said. Now, what he really did was sit on the beach, braiding grasses for rope. Then, he took that funny bone out of his hair and tied it to his rope. Mind you, it was sharper back then. He used it to hook a whale, and it towed him back. Whales are much smarter than sea turtles, obviously.
